You see those names listed at the bottom of the page? Yeah, those are the Great Elementals, the ones who were around in the time of The Void. Now, here's another list of them with more details on WHO they are.
Gaia Elfwood, "Knight of Nature" - An Elven noble who discovered his Elemental abilities during a training exercise with the Elven Knights, he became the leader of the Great Elementals. He fought with twin swords and was an absolute terror to fight. However, he was merciful to his enemies, quite often sparing their lives on the field of battle if possible.
Trein Blaze, "Justice of Flames" - Another Elf, and childhood friend of Gaia's, Trein Blaze was the greatest archer of his time. Trein and Gaia became something Similar to Deities in Elven society after they sealed The Void away with the other Elementals. The tales of their exploits are favorites of Elven children all over the place.
Crystal Chalis, "The Hurricane" - Crystal, a Dracon, was a homeless, impoverished mercenary until she discovered her Elemental abilities. When she did, she jumped to fame, and her friends, the other Elementals, helped her in what ways they could. She was, despite her lack of work before becoming an Elemental, an extremely talented fighter, and fought hard to save Malnor during the Great War. However, she died of wounds she had suffered shortly after helping to seal away The Void.
Maxwell Tyde, "The Tides' Messenger" - Maxwell, a Knight for the Kingdom of Mern, was a valiant fighter for the people of Malnor. He always fought and acted with their well-being in mind. For this reason, he frequently came out of tough fights injured. However, despite this, he still survived the Great War.
Pernon, "The Silent Assassin" - nobody knows exactly who Pernon is, or where he came from, except that he was an assassin for hire before discovering he was the Elemental of Lightning. He traveled with the other Elementals and helped them defeat The Void, but afterward he disappeared, never to be heard off again. What happened to him is still unknown.
Centuri Marus, "The Arrow of Light" - Centuri Marus, a Centaur wrongfully cast out of his home for a crime he did not commit, fought his way back into the good graces of his people when he helped the other elementals defeat The Void and his armies. He was one of the finest archers to ever walk Malnor, and many of the greatest archers since have been measured against him, all of them paling in comparison.
Thalmor Dalk, "Death's Messenger" and "The Void" - Thalmor, a human born to a lowly peasant farmer in the Kingdom of Mern, ran away from home when he was young and joined Mern's army. While he was serving the army, he discovered his abilities and left to travel with the other Elementals, searching for The Void. However, along the way, he encountered The Void while separated from the others and it possessed him, using him and his power to its own ends and sewing mayhem across Malnor. Thalmor could do nothing but watch as he was forced to act upon The Void's will. He was sealed away with The Void when they were defeated in combat by the other Elementals.
