Appearance: Korin is six feet tall. Yet despite being tall he weighs only 155 pounds. His body is well toned but the simple fact that he is so skinny. For a human Korin has rather fair skin; carrying no skins or marks what so ever. His hair is black and can reaches the bottom of his ears. He is always wearing a very simple black garb and nearly always has a guitar along his side.
Personality: Korin is generally a kind outgoing type of person. He is quick to make friends trust those who aren't obviously suspicious. He is rather calm and happy the majority of the time. Few things can make him angry, none more than broken trust. Generally bad things will happen to the trust breaker.

Bio: Korin was born in the human kingdom of Mern to one of the extremely poor families. It could not even be considered a family as it was just him and his mother. They lived on the streets, yet managed to get through life without too much of a struggle, by the fact that Korin had a rare affinity for magic. Yet it only includes 'illusion magic'. It included simple things such as creating illusions of himself, camouflage, and obvious creating other harmless visual illusions. He is also able to shuffle spots with his illusions. His ability was first discovered at the age of four, when he wished for a twin. Of course his mother found his ability to be odd at the last they did not spare a second to take advantage of his magic. At first it was very difficult, especially as a young child but eventually it because second nature. The two would travel town to town, having little shows, scamming people and stealing.
At the age of twelve Korin had saved enough spare money to buy a guitar. To his mother he claimed its purpose was to enhance his performances. Truth be told he wanted it for himself. Within the next two years he suddenly parted ways from his mother. Their redundant life eventually became extremely boring, thus he left at the age of 14. As a parting gift his mother game him his father's sword, a weapon she had always carried around for protection.

The sword is magically, it simply increases the user's reflexes in combat.
