Faction Affiliation:
Weapon(s): Two finely crafted short swords. A number of daggers.
Bio: Everett is an Evudirucecibi a very rich Noble family of elves obviously living in a forest of the Elven Empire. Their manor is located by a lake. The family along with their ridiculous last name have been somewhat influential throughout the last hundred of years. Everett was the first born of the new generation. The elf was born to be raised as the pride and joy of the Evudirucecibis. He has three siblings trailing him in age one sister and two brothers, one ten years younger a, another 14 , a third twenty .
Everett's life was rather dull at start. In the early years of his life he was bound to a strict schedule, the elf wanted to live an adventurous life. It was of course, in the words of his parents "A Stage of his life. He would out grow it." He continued the repetitive life of being tutored and trained to fight. While the latter was rather entertaining it became dull.
For thirty years he had been groomed(at least he thought) to become a noble elf leader; educated in all of the fields of knowledge but at the same time raised as a warrior. His knowledge consisted of everything, Sciences, Religion, History and how to give orders and command armies.Everett was more of the latter, he had an uncanny ability to fight with any weapons. His reflexes were supreme, he was as quick as a cat and while he wasn't the most stout of men; his strength was not to be underestimated.
He eventually did become the pride and joy of the family. They had a smart, healthy, and intelligent son. It satisfied his ego which grew throughout the years as a trainee who bested all of his training mates in combat.
Two years later his master had ultimately decided Everett had surpassed him in skill. There was no more that could be taught. Around the relatively same time his other classes had ended. This of course was not special by any means whats so ever. They were made to follow a certain pace.
(So I'm not exactly sure how this Shade thing works.)
From one moment to another, Everett's busy dull life turned to a work free life. It did not last long at all. He was visited one night, by an elf dressed in dark clothing. The elf reacted like any man would, reaching for his bedside weapon. To his demise it was not there. Through the darkness he could see the man's white pearly teeth as he grinned. It was then he introduced himself as a Representative of the Shades. A secret elven society of assassins, Nearly everybody knew about it. They did not know much though, and that included Everett. The man offered the position as a trainee to the elf, who quickly accepted. The two elves chatted till a hour before dawn; he was told what he could be told about the organization. Apparently every first born Evudirucecibi was given an invitation; he was told how he had been raised to become a Shade.
The new few years of Everett's life were rather interesting and lacked sleep. During the night he was taught some of the secrets of the dangerous organization. During the day he was given "Missions". 38 was his age when he had become an official member of the organization. Through the next four years he quickly rose through the ranks, at what one would note as a remarkable pace.
Everett shared a strong bond with his father. On their spare time they would usually share it as Father and son. When Everett was a child they would hunt, he would tell him stories of his own child hood. As he aged their conversations obviously changed. His father told him about his days as a shade. They would take 'politics', eventually his father changed him into the rebellious figure he is today. Unknowingly to Everett, it had been planned.
The sky was the limit for the elf. Or at least the limit he had set for himself. His potential was second to one. The elf had been trained as a warrior, an assassin, and in many ways a commander. He let the world know of his greatness, which apparently came to the displeasure of others.
He had been visited once again at night. This time it was not the same man he had known as his teacher. A thunk woke him up, a body dropped from outside his door. The elf did not react, he waited in bed planning to surprise the intruders. It backfired, there had been more than he had predicted. There were four of them, he at the end bested them in battle but not before suffering two severe wounds. He examined his attackers, but could not make who they may have been or whom had sent them. He told himself they were shades, whether true or not it did not matter. Everett staggered out of his room, he inspected the fallen body. To his demise it was the corpse of his brother, a throwing knife in the boy's back. Had he come to warn the elf? Most likely. He left the manor after quickly checking on the rest of his family. All of them were sound asleep. A fury emerged as he thought of his dead brother, his life or his attackers were not a concern. The elf left his home, realizing there were no guards on duty further raising his suspicions. He would find a man responsible for this, and the elf did. Whether guilty or not, over weeks and months he hunted down his Teacher and any other supposed member of the Shades killing them in cold blood. Killing them whether they were part of the group or not.
It took half a year for Everett to find him. Six months of anger and hatred fueled by vengeance. The teacher, who had never given the elf a name seemed to be expecting the elf. The man shook his head and frowned before being killed. Everett then realized what he had done. Did he regret it? No. But he had further increased the anger of those more powerful of him. He wasn't completely sure why those men were after him or who they were. It was a mere suspicion, but he couldn't return home. No it was too dangerous, not for him. Nothing was, but for his family.
