The Void walked along through the mountainous terrain of Darvon, searching for a large dragon, his Orc trackers in front of him searching for any sign of the dragon's passage. "My Lord and Sovereign," one of the orcs said,"We have a sign of the dragon's passage." The Void smiled. "Where?" he asked. One of the orcs pointed out into the forest where a large number of trees were knocked down. The Void smirked. He must have missed that while he was thinking. "Good," he said,"Now, let's go track down this dragon and take her back with us."

Grumpy, irritated, Karsha had destroyed a good deal of forest in the morning. After sleeping for three days, she had woken up to find a bright and sunny day. Hidden in her cave, she had balked at the brightness, caring not how wondrous her deep purple scales looked in the fire of the sun, not wondering where she was, just angered again. Baring her teeth, she had crushed the trees of the forest into splinters, not setting them on fire but just leaving a path of destruction. Aside from the annoyingly sharp splinters in her gums, it was worth it. Feeling slightly better, Karsha winkled out a particularly stubborn chunk of wood. Inspecting her flawlessly sharp claw, she furrowed her brows. Something was out there.
Perking up her head, she searched the valley below. Trees and mountains surrounded her as she peered out of the cave she had found. In the distance below she could see a small contingent of creatures moving. Baring her teeth, she slunk down the rocks. Whoever they were, she wasn't in the mood to be bothered. The bulk of the dragon slithered through the mountain peaks, winding upwards. Up was always better than down. Curling up on a plateau, she blended in from a distance with the dark stones. She would watch and wait for them to come closer.

The Void and his trackers moved along through the forest, following smaller signs of the dragon's passing. "When we find this dragon, we need to be polite and put her at ease as best we can," The Void said,"We don't want to lose our whole party, now, do we?" The Orc trackers nodded and said,"Of course not, My Lord and Sovereign." "Good. Then leave all the talking to me unless you need to inform me of something." "Yes My Lord and Sovereign."
