Brianna's eyes opened wide in shock, but slowly closed as she melted into his arms. Her hands dropped his and moved to the back of his neck, holding herself to him as he kissed her. She pulled away softly to look into his eyes, her own filled with a kind of happiness and excitement. "It wasn't," she said, pulling his head down to hers as she kissed him again.

Simon slid a hand around Brianna's waist and held her against him as he kissed her deeply. She smelled wonderfull, like fresh spices and flowers. Every aspect of her was intoxicating. Simon pulled back from Brianna and stared into her eyes with a smile, "I'm glad I decided to come down this way." He said before returning to kiss Brianna on the lips, cheek, and base of the chin to neck.

Brianna felt her head beat speeding up, her chest growing excited, as Simon kissed her. She pushed herself away from him, trying to catch her breath. She smiled warmly at him, her cheeks bright red as her chest seemed to have grown in size. "Slow down a little," she said, touching his cheek. "We just met, Simon. Please don't make me lose control this soon. At least wait until tonight after dinner. Or even tomorrow." She smiled, winking, as she bent over and picked up two bowls and poured some of the stew.

Simon ran a hand through his hair and took a deep breath. "Sorry about that Brianna, I suppose you are right." By the earth this woman was enchanting, he hadn't even realised what he had been up to. Simon walked over to the bucket and scooped up a handfull of water to splash in his face. He was definatly hoping to learn more about this woman.

Brianna smiled at Simon, walking to him with the bowl of stew and sitting beside him. She rested a hand on his thigh as she kissed his cheek softly. "Thank you," she said, staring into his eyes as she fought to control her breathing and desires.

Simon cleared his throat and ran a hand through his hair with a smile towards Brianna. She was enchanting he had to admit. "So... I suppose stew is done?" He said with a nervous chuckle. It was taking all his resolve to remain a gentleman... man she was smoking hot!

Brianna turned her face to her stew and began eating slowly, using the diversion to regain her composure. "I'm really glad I met you, Simon," she said absently as she finished a bite. She looked at him out of the corner of her eye and smiled. He was attractive when he was clean. "You should stay clean more often."

Simon rubbed his hands together and nodded. "I'm glad I met you too." Simon said. He chuckled when she told him about staying clean. "I suppose I should, it tends to slip your mind when your stuck underground with no one to look good for." Simon glanced out of the corner of his eye and smiled at seeing her doing the same.

Brianna finished her meal and collected the dirty dishes. "How was it?" she asked, smiling down at him as she held out her hand for his bowl.

Simon looked down on the empty bowl sadly, it was the end of a good meal. Simon sniffed as he replied to her question, "It was a very good meal, I've not had the likes of it in ages." He stood up and handed her the bowl, and planting a gentle kiss on her cheek. "Thank you."

Brianna leaned her cheek into his kiss, secretly wishing it would not end. Or was it so secretly? She took his bowl and turned away, setting them down beside the fire and smiling at him. "Well, now what?" she asked, her hands absently playing with the hem of her shirt.

Simon ran his hand absently through his hair. What to do was a very good question. It was obvious that both of them wished to do something... more physical, but that would just not be right without well... knowing each other first. "Well, I rekon we can talk a bit." Simon smiled foolishly, "It wouldn't hurt to know each other a little better before we start getting to affectionate."

Brianna smiled at Simon. He was obviously interested in things much more. . .active than talking, but she liked how he was able to restrain himself. She sat down beside him on the log, looking calmly into his eyes. "Very well," she said, turning to face him a little. "What would you like to talk about?"

Simon looked up at the sky for moment thinking, and shrugged his shoulders. He looked over at Brianna and asked, "Well, how about just some basics about yourself? Where did you grow up? What's your favorite color? Favorite food?" He had to admit, she did make him feel at a loss for words, especially when his body urged him to ask questions of a... different manner.

Brianna smiled at him, shaking her head with a sigh. "I grew up in a small tavern far from here, helping my father run it," she began, playing with the dirt with her feet. "I love the color green, especially dark green, and I truly enjoy fresh salads and a drought of ale. What about you?" She cursed herself under her breath. Ale? Did she have to mention that? She did grow up around it, but did she have to mention it? Oh well, it was too late now.

Simon smiled was always good to find a girl that enjoyed a bit of brew. "Heh, well... to be honest I grew up in a penal mine. My parents were placed there for their racial heritage. I'd have to say the Blue of the sky is my favorite color, and for food... I'd have to say today's stew and maybe a good cold glass of milk, its such a novel drink." Simon chuckled, "Ale though, is something I grew up with." Simon set his hand down on hers. "How about you, anything you'd like to ask?"

Brianna blushed. She had plenty to ask, but none of it seemed appropriate. "You really liked my stew?" she asked instead. She liked the feel of his hands on hers, but found it hard to resist the urge to kiss him when he touched her so.

Simon smiled and squeezed her hand gently, "It was the most delicious stew I've had in years." For a moment Simon fought over the idea of kissing her right now, her lips were just too tempting. Quickly comprimising, Simon lifted her hand and kissed it gentley. Better to stay a gentleman than giving in too quickly to your desires, he had to think of the lady after all. "But not as sweet as your kiss."

Brianna felt her defenses dwindling. He was so charming. And strong. And handsome. Slowly, she took her hands from his and placed them around his neck, pulling his lips to hers as she kissed him softly. "Sweet and delicious do not always mix," she told him, standing and looking down at him. "So what now?"

Simon placed a hand on Brianna's lower back and brushed aside her hair gently. He stared happily into her eyes, his hand tracing the bottom of her jaw, bringing it to the tip of her chin. "We can learn more about each other in other ways?" Simon said as he lifted her face slightly by her chin and kissed her softly.
